"Sharpen your teaching. Deepen your practice."
You've completed your teacher training. You're on the mat, guiding students — but something still feels uncertain. Maybe your cues aren't landing the way you want. Maybe you're second-guessing your adjustments. Maybe you know your anatomy but struggle to make it feel alive in a class.
The Teaching Edge is a 100-hour continuing education training designed specifically for certified RYT 200 and 300 teachers who are ready to move from competent to truly confident. We go deep into the four pillars that separate good teachers from great ones — asana precision, breathwork integration, functional anatomy, and the architecture of how a class actually flows.
Small group. Intimate setting. Ubud, Bali. This is where your teaching turns a corner.
You finished your 200h training and you're teaching — but you want more depth. More precision. More confidence in the room. This training closes that gap between certification and mastery.
You've been teaching for years but feel your classes have become routine. You want to refresh your sequencing, sharpen your anatomy knowledge and rediscover the excitement of teaching well.
You’re curious, eager to broaden your horizons, and open to new perspectives. This training will satisfy your thirst for knowledge and significantly improve your skills.
A comprehensive study of asana from foundational postures to advanced variations. Learn to teach the full spectrum of students — safely and intelligently.
Pranayama is not separate from movement — it is the engine of it. Learn to weave breath into every aspect of your Vinyasa teaching so movement and breath become inseparable.
