A solid foundation in the dynamic and the still sides of practice.
Most 300-hour trainings deepen you mainly in the active styles of yoga, like Vinyasa and Ashtanga. This one is built differently. For two-thirds of the training, you're immersed in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Ashtanga — the dynamic, breath-driven side of the practice. The other third focuses on Yin — slow, still and functional.
You'll leave with both: a foundational knowledge of the active styles of yoga, and of the passive ones. You'll be able to offer your students Yang and Yin alike — and access both yourself. As in everything, balance is what makes a practice, and a teaching career, sustainable. Alongside the asana, you'll study Pranayama and meditation, philosophy, functional anatomy, and teaching methodology — each one taught through both lenses, dynamic and Yin.
Held at our school in Rishikesh, steps from the Ganga, in a group capped at 10 so we can actually teach you — not just supervise you.
You hold an RYT 200 and you're ready to go further — not just more hours in the style you already know, but a genuinely new dimension to your teaching.
You teach yoga but have never formally studied the difference between the styles. This training closes that gap so you can hold space for all kinds of students.
You don't want to just teach a sequence — you want intention and purpose behind every class, and real depth behind your knowledge, not something superficial. This training builds both, so you leave able to teach with genuine confidence.
The physical foundation of the training — breath-linked movement, alignment, and the building blocks every teacher needs to lead a dynamic class with confidence.
The heart of the "multistyle" structure. Two-thirds of this module is spent in the Ashtanga Vinyasa system; the other third focuses completely on Yin — long holds & stillness.
Breath and stillness practices taught together, as they're meant to be — classical pranayama techniques paired with different meditation techniques.
The texts and ideas underneath the practice and the yogic tradition.
Functional anatomy & alignment for dynamic practice for the majority of the module, and the anatomy specific to Yin — connective tissue, joint mechanics, and meridians.
How to actually run a class — cueing, sequencing and holding the room — taught for dynamic classes, and adapted for the very different pacing and voice that Yin requires.
A dedicated workshop in Acro Yoga fundamentals, built around communication, spotting and the trust between base and flyer. These skills will also bring value into your practice & teaching — clear communication & creating a safe space.
Traditional Thai Yoga Massage techniques, taught with a strong emphasis on body awareness and safe touch — a skill you can offer students well beyond the training.

The school is located just a few steps from the Ganga with a dedicated yoga hall, rooftop terrace, and views across the Himalayan hills. It's in the spiritual heart of Rishikesh — not an hour's drive from it.
For yoga practicioners seeking a real Rishikesh experience, this is exactly right. Charming and authentic, not sanitised and distant. The ashrams, the chai stalls, the sound of bells from the temples across the river — all within walking distance.
